Twelve Player Last Man Standing Game

Enter an alien world where trust and betrayal are your watch words. Human or alien, will you be the last one standing in this third person twelve player class based game?

Band Together

The premise of Crucible is much like any other last man standing style game. You are dropped in a world with twelve other players and the goal is to be the last one alive. The twist in Crucible is that the world is so hostile to the players that you are forced to team up in order to have any chance of surviving at all. Of course, you will have to turn on each other at some point. There is also a thirteenth "player" who acts as a kind of overseer, being able to trigger events. Visually the game looks good, both artistically interesting and graphically detailed. The game as a whole is geared towards streaming culture, with features built in to make streaming and interaction with viewers easier.

Interesting

You will need an Amazon account and some hefty hardware to run this game to its full potential, but if you like competitive multiplayer, this is a good bet.

PROS

  • Nice art style
  • Thirteenth player can trigger game events
  • Make or break alliances on the fly
  • Twelve player classes

CONS

  • Requires Amazon account
